1. Processing Time All products at EE-Inspirations are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has completed production (2–7 business days).

3. Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. The free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Extended & Remote Delivery Areas For certain extended delivery zip codes, your order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Please check eligibility at checkout.

6. Holiday & Promotional Periods During peak holiday seasons and promotional events, please allow an additional 48 hours of processing time. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

7. UPS Saturday Delivery UPS Saturday Delivery is only available in eligible zip codes. Please verify your eligibility at checkout before selecting this option.

8. International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping is available for your location, rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email address] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. EE-Inspirations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at christy08101970@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
